The dedicated Highgrounds team provides high quality commercial painting, repairs, refinishing & shot blasting at scale. Our expertise covers all types of HGV tractors & trailers, Plant, Specialist Equipment, Pressure Vessels and metal, aluminium and plastic components. We offer a full pre and post assembly service for items we prepare & paint, and can tailor a JIT service for most commercial or industrial applications. Preparation & Paint
Using the latest paint technologies & techniques, our capability covers a wide range of vehicle types, plant & equipment, mobile installations and a broad range of material and substrate types.
We have over 2000 m3 of bake-booths, and work closely with the major paint producers to provide a finish, and service, that is second to none.
Repairs & Finishing
Large or small, our experienced team can provide high quality vehicle repairs for most materials to deliver the perfect end result. Using in-house, or external resource, we can fit graphics and full livery as part of the process. We’re quick too, and offer super-fast turnaround times.
Shot Blasting
The ultimate in preparation and quality – our 22m long blasting booth can tackle most metals, and blasts off rust, old paint and other surface contaminants that can impact the paint finish. This process also allows us to provide industry leading warranties on our paint work of up to 3 years.

Highgrounds was purpose built in 2009 and has enjoyed more than 10 years of successful trading, going from strength to strength each year, and building on its' trusted customer base.
Our management team has over 30 years experience within the coach and commercial vehicle painting and refinishing industry, and we employ a highly experienced and skilled team who finish to an excellent standard. Our expertise covers all paint materials including pearlescent, metallics, 2 pack epoxy and nuclear.
We use products from leading manufacturers such as Akzo Nobel, Masons, Sikkens and Glasurit, and can colour match to new and older paints alike.
